Campaign Momentum
Friends,
I want to share some exciting news with you. As you know, this campaign is building a lot of great momentum. Within the last couple of weeks I have received the endorsement of SEIU 620, UC Santa Barbara Democrats, the National Organization for Women (NOW) and The California League of Conservation Voters. I'm proud to have the support of such a diverse group of organizations.
This campaign is being built from the bottom up. The hard work and dedication of so many of you has helped build a winning campaign that will bring new energy, proven leadership and a focus on getting results for our community in Sacramento.
As a testament to our grassroots effort, we had over 34 volunteers join us in walking the city of Ventura last weekend.
Additionally, we've been holding Meet & Greets throughout the district where I've been able to personally meet folks, answer their questions and share my ideas for how we can get California back on track.
Soon, we will continue to expand our efforts and begin reaching voters through phone banking.
I will continue to keep you posted on our progress and the various ways to participate in this campaign.

Nothing is more powerful than neighbors talking to neighbors. Volunteer today to host a house meeting and help build our growing network of supporters and volunteers.
